A/B testing for any WordPress builder
AB Test WP matches variants with a CSS class, so the same free plugin works in every editor. Pick your builder for a short setup guide - the only step that differs is where the class field lives.
Elementor
Elementor's widget-based editor makes it easy to duplicate a section and tweak a single version - exactly what A/B testing needs.
Setup guideBricks
Bricks is built for performance and clean markup, and AB Test WP keeps that promise - no heavy script, no flicker, fully cache-friendly.
Setup guideGutenberg
With the native WordPress block editor there's nothing extra to install - every block already has a field for a CSS class.
Setup guideEtch
Etch is class-first by design, so adding a variant class feels completely native - and this whole site ships Etch-ready to prove the point.
Setup guideDivi
Divi's visual builder lets you clone a module in a click; add a class to each copy and you have an A/B test.
Setup guideBeaver Builder
Beaver Builder's stable, no-nonsense editor pairs well with a testing tool that stays out of the way and on your own server.
Setup guideOxygen
Oxygen gives you full control of markup and classes, so dropping in a variant class is second nature.
Setup guideBreakdance
Breakdance combines speed with a flexible editor - add a class to each variant and let AB Test WP handle the split.
Setup guideKadence
Kadence Blocks extend the block editor while keeping things light, and every block still exposes a CSS class field.
Setup guideGeneratePress
GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks are famously fast and lightweight - a perfect match for a testing tool with no external scripts.
Setup guideAstra
Astra works with the block editor and most page builders, so you can test however you build - the class field is always there.
Setup guideWPBakery
WPBakery Page Builder powers a huge share of established WordPress themes, and AB Test WP works with it out of the box - every element has an Extra class name field, which is all a test needs.
Setup guideDon't see yours? Any builder or classic theme with a CSS-class field works exactly the same way.
Why one plugin works everywhere
Most WordPress testing tools either replace your editor or only work inside one specific builder. AB Test WP takes a different route: you create a test in your dashboard, the plugin generates a CSS class per variant, and you add that class to the matching element in whatever editor you already use. Every builder above - and any classic theme - has a field for a CSS class, so nothing about your workflow changes.
Everything else is builder-independent: variants are assigned in the visitor's browser (cookieless and cache-friendly), the tested element stays hidden until the chosen variant is applied so the original never flashes, and results are recorded first-party in your own database. If a builder isn't listed here, it almost certainly still works - the class field is the only requirement.
Test with the builder you already use
Free, cookieless, no traffic limits - and no lock-in to any editor.
