1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the website abtestwp.com and the AB Test WP plugin and any paid licences (“Pro”). AB Test WP is operated by Simov Studio LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a licence, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Free Plugin - the AB Test WP plugin distributed free on WordPress.org.
• Pro - the paid add-on features unlocked by a valid licence.
• Licence - your right to use Pro on a set number of sites for the licence term.

3. The free plugin and the GPL

The Free Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+). Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you for GPL-covered code under that licence.

4. Pro licences

A Pro purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use Pro on up to the number of sites in your chosen plan - Single (1 site), Professional (10 sites), or Agency (unlimited sites) - for the licence term. Each licence includes one year of software updates and email support. You may move a licence between sites by deactivating it on the previous site. Licence keys must not be shared publicly or resold.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, which collects payment, handles applicable taxes, and issues receipts. Checkout takes place on Dodo Payments' systems and is additionally subject to their terms and privacy policy, linked at checkout.

6. Renewals

Licences are sold on an annual basis and may renew automatically so your updates and support continue. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date; cancellation stops future charges and doesn't disable your installed software.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro purchases: if you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. The guarantee covers a plan's first purchase only, not renewals; you can cancel a renewal at any time before it is charged (see “Renewals”). To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.

For consumers in the EU/EEA: Pro is digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By completing checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery begins; our voluntary 14-day guarantee above applies instead and does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under your local law.

8. Updates and support

While your licence is active, you receive Pro features, Pro updates and email support. When a licence lapses, the Pro plugin stays installed and tests that are already running keep running with the Pro settings they already have, but Pro features stop unlocking: new Pro-only settings can no longer be saved, the analysis reverts to the free version, and updates and email support stop until you renew. Nothing is deleted.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or products unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

10. Intellectual property

Except for GPL-covered code, the AB Test WP name, logo and website content are owned by us or our licensors. “WordPress” and “WooCommerce” are trademarks of their respective owners; we use them only to describe compatibility and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Disclaimers

The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. A/B testing reports likely outcomes from sampled data; we don't guarantee specific business results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the products will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant licence in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the products or breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these Terms. The sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any protections and venue rights granted by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and products, and nothing in them limits statutory rights that your local consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
