Get in touch

One address for everything: support, licensing, press and partnerships. A real person reads it.

Email

[email protected]

Support, licence questions, refunds, press and partnership requests all go here. Replies come from Aleksandar Simov, who builds the plugin.

Support for Pro

Every Pro licence includes email support for the licence period. Write from the address you bought with, or include your licence key, and say which site the question is about.

Support for the free plugin

Until the free plugin is listed on wordpress.org, email is the place for questions about it too. Once it is listed, its support forum on wordpress.org becomes the place for free-plugin questions.

What to include in a support request

The more of this is in the first email, the faster the answer.

  • The WordPress version, the PHP version and the plugin version (all shown under Tools → Site Health).
  • The page builder or theme the tested page is built with.
  • The type of test (element, point-and-click or URL split) and the goal it uses.
  • What you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the steps to reproduce it.
  • Any caching plugin or CDN in front of the site.

Before writing, the FAQ and the guide answer the common questions: installation, goals, reading results, caching, SEO settings, licences and uninstalling.

Bugs and feature requests

Bugs are welcome by email with the details above. Feature requests are read and weighed against the roadmap; the roadmap page says what is planned and what is only being researched, and nothing there is a promise of a date.
